Cube world pet food wiki3/31/2023 ![]() After six long years since its alpha release back in 2013, Cube World is finally available as a. Since they're not on any current list, I've started a new one to keep track of them until the wiki is updated. A guide for how to tame and ride pets in the recently released Cube World on Steam. As I've been playing, I've stumbled across food items that weren't yet discovered by the streamers pre-release. You just need to make the analyze feature expensive enough to discourage using it unless you really want to complete your logs at all costs, which in turn will encourage the player to go and talk to NPCs to avoid paying that fee and hoping to get some other informations (rumors, quests, etc). ago Posted by Igivekarmatomen Spoilerish Spreadsheet of pets and their foods. In fact, I thought that both the analyze feature AND the "keep track of what you heard of" features would blend well together. ![]() I'm glad people came up with more interesting useful idea's.Īny variation of idea's would be nice, the thing I really want is just to not feel the need to leave my game to open google (breaking immersion) and not having to click on 10+ food items to hold it out tediously in hopes that the animal would like it. Honestly, I think I like the latter a lot more, especially if the NPC's talk about these food items more often. Makes talking to NPC's even more valuable. Or being able to save the knowledge you've learned from NPC's is a brilliant idea. Originally posted by Gamer Raichu:I like these suggestions! Being able to analyze it is another feature that could make towns even MORE useful. But clicking each individual food item to offer to the animal is just tedious, no need to slow down our fun gameplay when we could just read it in game! It just sorta brings me out of the gameplay experience. ![]() The reason why I suggest this is because I reeeaally don't want to have any reason to use google for a game. If it doesn't get put in, we can obviously live, but I feel like it'd just be a tiny quality of life change that might not be too difficult to implement. Let's not turn this feature into a wiki-guidebook lookup exercise, just list the information in the game for easy access! We have the big ole box that pops up when we hover over the food, it'd be perfect to just list the animal it's intended for. Yes, NPC's do mention what food certain animals like, but that's a rare dialogue box that I almost always forget about. I bet the majority of us are just going to use google to identify what foods feed which animals, so there's no real point in keeping it a secret. Just a friendly suggestion! I've got like, ten+ pet foods, it's not really enjoyable to go through the tedium of bringing each individual food out for the animal that I happened to run into.
